Creative Corner School 

Creative Corner School is a STEAM-focused early childhood education center proudly serving families with programs for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Our mission is to create a warm, engaging environment where children feel supported as they learn, grow, and develop a lifelong love of discovery. Through a balance of structured learning, hands-on exploration, and purposeful play, we help children build the academic, social, and emotional foundations needed for future success. Creative Corner offers age-appropriate classrooms led by dedicated educators who encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Children engage in activities centered around science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. In addition to our classroom curriculum, we offer a variety of enrichment programs designed to support children's growth and interests. These include soccer, yoga, music, special performances, Spanish instruction for our older students, and hands-on STEAM experiences in our dedicated STEAM Lab. Through creative projects, building challenges, science activities, and collaborative problem-solving opportunities, children are encouraged to explore, experiment, and discover. We also regularly welcome community helpers and local organizations into our school, providing children with meaningful hands-on experiences and opportunities to connect with the world around them. The Downsize for Diversity program was originally started by the 501(c)(3) organization, the Lincoln METCO Coordinating Committee, in Lincoln, MA, and raised $170,000 from 2017 to 2022. This was invested in a policy-driven endowment fund and has earned over $50,000 in investment income.
Since moving to the Boston Bridges Initiative in 2023 Downsize for Diversity has netted over $137,000 in art sales.
