Winchester: West Side Water Flushing To Begin Next Week
Residents are warned to refrain from using water during the time of flushing.
WINCHESTER, MA—The water mains on Winchester's west side will be flushed beginning May 2.
Systems will be flushed over a two-week period during the day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Water flushing signs will be posted in the areas set to be flushed.
Residents are urged to refrain from sing water for drinking, dishwashing and laundry as some discoloration may occur. If you experience discolored water, let the cold water run until it clears, according to the Town Website.
