WINCHESTER, MA – A Winchester woman is $4 million richer (well, before taxes) following a trip to a Medford convenience store.
Jeanne Greco became the fourth $4,000,000 prize winner in the latest edition of the Massachusetts State Lottery’s '100X The Cash' instant game.
Greco's cash option means a one-time payment of $2,600,000 (less tax withholdings).

The ticket was purchased at NK Convenience at 562 High St. in Medford. The store will receive a $40,000 bonus.
