Wright Locke Farm Bidder Withdraws Response
The Board of Selectmen meeting will now start at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Wright Locke Farm bidders withdrew their response to the Request for Proposal which subsequently led a time change for the upcoming Board of Selectmen meeting, the Town of Winchester reports.
KMC Land Development, LLC sent a letter to the Town Manager and Board of Selectmen on Tuesday withdrawing their response for the Wright Locke Farm Property. KMC representatives will not be at the upcoming meeting.

“We reviewed the correspondence from the various boards and groups sent to us yesterday, and we are of the belief that most stakeholders are strongly and solely interested in preserving the entirety of the property in its current state,” KMC wrote in the letter.

The Board of Selectmen meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Selectmen’s Room 2nd Floor of Town Hall, 71 Mt. Vernon St.
The Wright Locke Farm bidder presentation will start at 8 p.m.
