5 Woburn Cases in Grand Jury Indictments

Drug cases and a sex offender who didn't register is among them.

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Monday the grand jury indictments from April 13 to May 30.

Included in the indictments are five Woburn-related cases. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jonathan Baez, 23, of Lawrence, was charged with distribution of a Class B substance, possession of a firearm without a license, conspiracy to violate the drug laws, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Maren Schrader.

Richard Giampa, 49, of Woburn, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.

Gina Montagna, 37, of Plymouth, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of heroin. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.

Wilmer Tejeda, 24, of Boston, was charged with trafficking fentanyl and distribution of a Class B substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Wendi Safran.

Stoneham

Elias Suarez Guerrero, 30, of Woburn, was charged with trafficking over 200 grams of heroin, trafficking over 10 grams of fentanyl, and furnishing a false name to police. The Assistant District Attorney is John Dawley.
