SALTER HEALTHCARE GROWS LEADERSHIP TEAM WITH NEW DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

WINCHESTER, MA – Salter HealthCare is pleased to announce that Debra Donovan, RN, of Woburn, MA, has joined the family owned rehabilitation and skilled nursing provider as the company’s Director of Marketing.

In her role, Donovan will oversee Salter HealthCare’s marketing and community outreach activities at each of their three facilities, Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Winchester, MA, Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Winchester, MA, and Woburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Woburn, MA. She will act as a liaison to nearby hospitals, health care organizations, health care professionals and potential residents and their families. Additionally, Donovan will provide customer service support to the current residents and health care professionals of Salter HealthCare.

Donovan brings twelve years of sales and marketing experience in the health care field and a background in nursing to her position at Salter. She also has extensive hands-on experience cultivating professional relationships with hospitals, health care organizations, and community based health care partners.

Before joining the Salter HealthCare team, Donovan served as a Regional Marketing Director and Admissions Supervisor for a Massachusetts-based senior health care company for six years. In this role, she developed marketing materials, oversaw a team of Central Admissions Department employees, and managed referrals from hospitals in Massachusetts and New York.

Donovan also held the positions of Admissions Director and Staff Development Coordinator for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Reading, MA owned by the same company. She is a Registered Nurse and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
