Police: Driver in Wrong-Way Crash on 93 was Drunk
The 63-year-old driver is slated for a March 20 arraignment in Woburn District Court to answer to several charges.

A Bedford, Mass. man is facing drunk driving-related charges after allegedly drunk and crashing his car, injuring four people.
James Milligan, 63, was arrested at Winchester Hospital and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of property damage accident, wrong way operation and operating under the influence of alcohol and causing a serious accident with personal injury, according to police.

At 8:26 p.m. Sunday, State Police units from Andover, Medford, Troop A's Community Action Team, a K-9 team and area fire departments responded to the accident near Montvale Avenue, according to police.
Four people suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Winchester Hospital for treatment, police said. Three of the four vehicles involved in the accident were towed from the scene.

Route 93 was closed for about 30 minutes while victims were treated and transported to the hospital and vehicles were removed, a State Police press release said.
Milligan was treated for injuries reportedly sustained in the crash and later posted bail, according to police.
He is slated for arraignment on March 20 in Woburn District Court.
