Big Check presented to the North Suburban YMCA

The Woburn Business Association presented the Y with a check for the money raised at the 1st annual Mac 'n Cheese Bowl

The Woburn Business Association recently visited the North Suburban YMCA to present a check for $2625.00 which was raised at the first annual Mac 'n Cheese Bowl. The money will be used to help fund the Y's summer lunch service program which provides lunches to children in need throughout the summer months.

The event organizers from the WBA are all members of their HERE group (Hospitality Entertainment and Restaurant Exchange) which works to help promote local HERE businesses. Participating in the contest were Polcari's, Dave & Busters, Joe's American Bar & Grill, Jake n Joes, Uno's Pizzeria, Juliana's Catering, Burton's Grill, Green's Grille, Roma's Bakery, 99's Restaurant, and the winners Tony C's. We are excited for the event to grow next year and to be able to support the Y with this fun community event.
