Leggat McCall Properties has a pending agreement to purchase the Atlantic Gelatin Site in East Woburn.

WOBURN, MA—Boston-based Leggat McCall Properties has a pending agreement to purchase the Atlantic Gelatin site, according to a report by the Daily Times Chronicle.
According to the Daily Times Chronicle report, the news of the agreement was revealed at last night's meeting of the City Council's Ordinances, Charter & Rules Committee. Leggat McCall representatives were present at the meeting to addressed the proposed Technology and Business Mixed Use Overlay District (TBOD) legislation for the site, located off Hill St.
Terms of the sale were not announced, and the committee did not vote on the issue. The public hearing on the TBOD is scheduled to be resumed on the May 17 City Council meeting according to the report.

The Woburn Planning director Tina Cassidy and Leggat McCall Properties were not immediately available for comment.
