Burlington Medical Associates Joins Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates

Practices now operate as the Billerica and Woburn offices of Harvard Vanguard

Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, a nonprofit multi-specialty medical group and an affiliate of Atrius Health, announces that Burlington Medical Associates (BMA) has joined Harvard Vanguard. BMA now operates as the Billerica and Woburn practices of Harvard Vanguard in their current locations at 790 Boston Road in Billerica and 7 Alfred Street in Woburn, a satellite office of their primary Billerica office.

“We are very pleased to be joining Harvard Vanguard, an organization well known for its clinical quality and innovation in healthcare delivery,” said David Dohan, MD, medical director for the two new Harvard Vanguard offices. “We look forward to bringing expanded services and programs to our patients as a result of this new affiliation for our practice.”

Founded nearly 40 years ago, BMA has eight physicians, one advanced practice clinician and one clinical social worker, and offers internal medicine, behavioral health, nutrition, and an on-site laboratory to its patients. The practice is welcoming new patients and Winchester Hospital continues as the preferred hospital partner.
