Crews In Woburn Fight Fire, Save Wedding Dress
When fire broke out in the attic of her home Sunday night, Julie Centeno had to leave without grabbing the dress for her upcoming wedding.

WOBURN, MA -- There were no injuries reported in a three-alarm fire in Woburn Sunday night as fire fighters battled freezing temperatures on Hart Place. All five residents of the two-family home were safely evacuated. That's when Woburn firefighters turned to other matters.
Julie Centeno told NECN, which first reported this story, that firefighters asked her if there were any essentials inside. That's when she told them about the dress and diamond ring for her November 2018 wedding to Curtis Wilson, who she shares the first-floor apartment with.
"We made a point to the guys going in, during the course of our job, to save her wedding dress and, more importantly, her diamond ring," Woburn Fire Chief Stephen Adgate said. "She's all set to go."

Both the dress and ring were recovered and returned to Centeno. Adgate told NECN that the American Red Cross is helping the five people displaced by Sunday nights fire.
