Cummings Properties thanks three clients for 20 years of tenancy
Woburn and Medford businesses receive commemorative chairs

Cummings Properties recently recognized three client firms for 20 years of tenancy: FASTSIGNS® and Hyacinth Technology of Woburn and Robert Rice, CPA, of Medford.
Cummings Properties account manager Robb LaBossiere and founder Bill Cummings visited FASTSIGNS® co-owners Dan and Sean Shah to present them with a commemorative captain’s chair, which is prominently displayed in their front lobby.
FASTSIGNS, a local franchisee specializing in design, production, and installation services of custom signage products, moved to 400 West Cummings Park in 1994. Twenty years later, business is booming at the same Cummings Properties location – so much so that the sign company doubled its space in October 2014.

“If you are looking for a good address, Cummings is it,” said Sean Shah. “With its mix of small and large businesses of all types, Washington Street is the place to be.”
To date, Cummings Properties has presented 20-year chairs to 56 client firms; of those firms, 12 have been with the company for 30 years or more. Hyacinth’s delivery was made by account manager Shannon Haines.

“Hyacinth is a small, successful operation that offers customized solutions to a wide range of scientific and industrial equipment companies,” said Haines. “We have enjoyed watching them succeed, and look forward to continuing our relationship for another 20 years.” Hyacinth is located at 155-L New Boston Street in Woburn.
Cummings Properties executive vice president Eric Anderson and senior account manager Tony Spencer presented CPA Robert Rice with his captain’s chair. Rice and his team provide accounting, bookkeeping, and financial planning services.
Rice relocated his firm to 200 Boston Avenue in Medford in 1994; just three years later, he moved it to its current location at neighboring 196 Boston Avenue. The two buildings, formerly Simmons Mattress factories, were purchased by the Cummings organization in 1993 and then renovated.
“It is a pleasure to work with Bob; our companies share similar values,” said Spencer. “We both place emphasis on delivering excellent customer service to all our clients.”
