English At Large to be Sponsored by Bertucci’s of Woburn on November 9

English At Large (EAL) is pleased to announce that Bertucci’s of Woburn has selected the nonprofit for the restaurant’s Dining for Dollars program on Wednesday, November 9. EAL will receive 15% of all dine in, carry out, and delivery purchases made by its supporters from 11:00am through 10:00pm. Supporters just need to present the EAL certificate at the restaurant. EAL is a nonprofit based in Woburn with the mission to provide individual and small group instruction through a volunteer network to adult immigrants and other newcomers who want to acquire English language skills as they adapt to life in the United States. Our vision is that newcomers to the United States will develop the English language skills and acquire the cultural knowledge needed to fully engage in their communities and fulfill their life goals. EAL’s services are provided in 21 communities in the Greater Boston area including Woburn.
