School of Fashion Design

Celebrating over 90 years of excellence in fashion education, The School of Fashion Design is the only educational institution in New England dedicated exclusively to the study of fashion design. SFD provides students with a solid foundation in apparel design and construction, and the skills required for a successful career in fashion. Our technical Certificate program is taught by experts in the field of fashion design. Students may take courses toward the Certificate or on a class-by-class basis to fill professional education interests. For creatives and textile arts enthusiasts, SFD offers workshops in various fiber arts such as weaving, lace making, embroidery, millinery, upcycling, and more. As an SFD student, you will join a diverse community of emerging designers. Our studios are filled with recent high school graduates, students from nearby colleges enriching their education with fashion, and working professionals embarking on a new career path. SFD faculty and students are active partners in our local community, collaborating regularly with organizations and businesses through internships, exhibitions, field trips, and special events. Our reputation for excellence is on display each time our students show their work at fashion shows and exhibits throughout the year. With an SFD Certificate in Fashion Design, our alumni have enjoyed fashion careers with Adidas, Coldwater Creek, J. Jill, New Balance, PUMA, Ralph Lauren, Talbots, Timberland, TJX Companies, and more. Our alumni are designers and costumers for stage and screen, while others have found success launching their own label. Our varied class levels and flexible schedules are designed to meet the needs and profiles of all students. Creative Corner School 

Creative Corner School is a STEAM-focused early childhood education center proudly serving families with programs for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Our mission is to create a warm, engaging environment where children feel supported as they learn, grow, and develop a lifelong love of discovery. Through a balance of structured learning, hands-on exploration, and purposeful play, we help children build the academic, social, and emotional foundations needed for future success. Creative Corner offers age-appropriate classrooms led by dedicated educators who encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Children engage in activities centered around science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. In addition to our classroom curriculum, we offer a variety of enrichment programs designed to support children's growth and interests. These include soccer, yoga, music, special performances, Spanish instruction for our older students, and hands-on STEAM experiences in our dedicated STEAM Lab. Through creative projects, building challenges, science activities, and collaborative problem-solving opportunities, children are encouraged to explore, experiment, and discover. We also regularly welcome community helpers and local organizations into our school, providing children with meaningful hands-on experiences and opportunities to connect with the world around them.
