Pilates Class (Mat)

Join us each Tuesday for a one hour Pilates Mat class suitable for all levels.   Pilates is a full body workout that builds muscles without bulk through a series of controlled, precise movements. The exercises, which focus on proper alignment, improve flexibility and strength to the abdominal and back muscles.   Please bring a mat.    Only $14 drop in rate, $65 for 5 classes.  *Summer Special:  One Month Unlimited Classes (yoga and pilates) at Zen for only $65 per month.
