Finally, Substantial Snowfall Seems Reality in Woburn
A dose of winter weather may finally be coming to the Woburn area next week.

After a balmy Christmas, Woburn residents will likely be forced to finally unpack their hats and gloves this week. Forecasters are suggesting that winter weather is likely heading towards the area.
Snow is in the forecast Monday night and Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service. A mixture of winter weather is also a possibility. In addition, it seems that snow is becoming more likely with each passing day.

- Monday Night: Snow is likely, mainly after 3:00 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 25 degrees with a 80 percent chance of precipitation
- Tuesday: Snow is likely before 10:00 a.m., then rain and snow are likely between 10:00 a.m. and noon. The snow may be heavy at times with high temperatures nearing 38 degrees. There is an 90 percent chance of precipitation.
- Tuesday Night: There is a chance of rain before 1:00 a.m. It will be mostly cloudy with a low of approximately 31 degrees.
