Florida Man Arrested In Woburn On Human Trafficking Charges

Kendall Crawley, 46, of Lake Mary Florida, was arrested after an undercover operation Tuesday.

WOBURN, MA -- A Florida man is facing human trafficking charges after State and Woburn Police foiled his plan to meet and photograph a woman he planned to traffic for sex. Kendall Crawley, 46, of Lake Mary Florida is being held by Woburn Police and is expected to be arraigned on the charges in Woburn District Court on Wednesday.

Troopers assigned to the State Police High Risk Victims Unit conducted an undercover operation to lure Crawley to a Woburn Hotel where he allegedly thought he would be meeting and photographing someone he thought would work as a prostitute for him. In a press release, State Police said the investigation shows that Crawley planned to traffic the woman through online sex sites.

Crawley was arrested at approximately 3 pm Tuesday without incident. The investigation is ongoing, State Police said.
