Four From Woburn, One From Burlington Arrested During Drug Bust Of Lawrence Woman

The arrests come after a three-month investigation of a drug ring and Georgia Reyes-Debello, 38, of Lawrence.

WOBURN, MA -- Georgia Reyes-Debello, 38, of Lawrence was arraigned in Woburn District Court Tuesday on charges stemming from her involvement in a drug distribution operation. Reyes-Debello was arrested and charged with one count of trafficking over 36 grams of heroin and violating the drug laws near a school in connection with an alleged drug distribution operation to sell over 90 grams of heroin/fentanyl, according to the Middlsex District Attorney's office.

The arraignment follows a three-month investigation and a Friday search by Woburn Police and the Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force. During Friday's execution of the search warrant, police also arrested:

  • Sue Franklin, 64 of Woburn, arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a class B substance. She is expected to be arraigned in Woburn District Court Tuesday.
  • Charles Justice, 46, of Burlington, arrested and charged with being present where heroin is kept. He is expected to be arraigned in Woburn District Court Tuesday.
  • Alyson Bradly, 38 of Woburn, arrested on outstanding warrants.
  • Raymond Cowham, 24 of Woburn, arrested on outstanding warrants.
  • Alissa Curtin, 34 of Woburn, arrested on outstanding warrants.

The search was carried out at Winn Park Apartments in Woburn at approximately 10:40 am on Friday. According to the District Attorney's office, Reyes-Debello initially tried to flee before being ordered to stop. Police recovered 23 individual packages of suspected narcotics, later identified through field testing as a mixture of heroin and fentanyl. Police also allegedly located an additional 70 baggies of what is believed to be the same mixture, hidden in a drug hide inside the defendant’s vehicle, a 2011 Toyota minivan.
