Grand opening of Elliott Landing Sales and Design Center draws a crowd

Prospective buyers take hard-hat tours and view designer finishes

More than 75 prospective buyers visited Cummings Center on Sunday for the grand opening of the Sales and Design Center for the luxury residences at Elliott Landing by Cummings.

Cummings Properties team members led prospective buyers on hard-hat tours of all six floors, and the sunny day allowed for clear views of the Bass River, Downtown Beverly, and Shoe Pond. Several attendees also sat with designers and members of the sales team to review floor plans and experience firsthand the designer-curated finishes available.

“The feedback has been excellent,” said Vice President Liz Speranzella of Streamline Communities, the marketing agent for Elliott Landing. “People are clearly excited by this unparalleled opportunity to purchase and customize a luxury home in the heart of this vibrant community.”

Opening in fall 2016, Elliott Landing offers 29 different open-concept floor plans. Buyers can visit the Sales and Design Center to select a home of their preferred size and with their desired view. A sales team member will then assist them in selecting personal finishes for kitchen cabinetry and backsplash options, flooring, lighting, appliances, paint colors, and more.

“Each home at Elliott Landing is unique,” said Speranzella. “Couple that with maintenance-free living close to all that Beverly and the North Shore have to offer, and this is a great option for empty nesters, busy professionals, and buyers of all types.”
