Ida (Fierro) Angiuoni, 93, of Woburn

WOBURN, MA — Ida (Fierro) Angiuoni of Woburn passed away on Aug. 16, at 93 years of age.

She was the beloved wife of the late Armando Angiuoni. The devoted mother of Gaetano “Guy” Angiuoni and his wife Kathleen of Billerica, Ann Marie Melaragni and her husband Bob of Billerica, Antonietta “Tina” Guckert of Malden and the late Antonio Angiuoni. Dear sister of Anna and her husband Franco DeLucia of Italy, Maria and her husband Michael of Italy, Assunta Napolitano of England and Antonietta Borowcjy of England. Special Nonna to Gaetano “Guy” Angiuoni Jr. and his wife Margaret, Mark Angiuoni and his wife Melissa, Joseph Angiuoni and his wife Cristina, Lisa Marie Ippolito and her husband Michael, Karen Krass and her husband John, Michele LaPlaca and her husband Robert, Denise Perry and her husband Paul, Robert Melaragni Jr. and his wife Katherine and Bruce Guckert Jr. and 16 great-grandchildren. Also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends and neighbors.

A funeral will be held from the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main St., Woburn at 9:00 a.m. Monday, August 22, 2016 followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony’s Church, 851 Main St., Woburn, at 10:00 a.m.

Interment at Woodbrook Cemetery. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 2 to 6 p.m. Remembrances may be made in Ida’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472 or to the charity of one’s choice.
