No Signs Of Foul Play On Body Of Missing Man Found In Woburn
Police believe the man found in a wooded area of Woburn is Owen Duffy, who was reported missing Nov. 16.

WOBURN, MA -- Investigators believe the body found in a wooded area of Woburn Wednesday is 39-year-old Owen Duffy, who was reported missing Nov. 16. The body was found off of Bedford Road, near Duffy's home. Police told NBC 10 Boston that there were no obvious signs of foul play and that the investigation is ongoing.
Police declined to say what prompted them to search the marshy area on Wednesday. Woburn Police requested the assistance of the Massachusetts State Police K-9 Unit at 10:12 am Wednesday morning. The body was found just after noon, according to the Middlesex District Attorney's office.
Duffy's family began canavssing the neighborhood and social media with posters after he left home for his 6 pm shift at work around 5 pm on Nov. 15 but never arrived. He suffered from anxiety and did not have his medication with him when he went missing. His phone was turned off.
