Kay's Hallmark in Woburn to Close Doors

After 12 years in business, Kay’s Hallmark Shop is closing its doors. The stationary and gift shop will officially vacate its 305 Cambridge Road location by the end of February.

Owner Kay Gandhi told Patch that her lease expires at the end of the month and that renewing the lease would result in an increase of rent which the store cannot afford.

Employee Rose Ventullo told Patch that the store would still be open on Valentine’s Day and was very appreciative of the store’s patrons.

“I love my job,” Ventullo said in closing.“The people who come to our store are awesome.”
