Kim Daly Joins Hammond Residential Winchester Team

Agent joins experienced team in Winchester

WINCHESTER, Mass. (July 27, 2015) – Kurt Meehan, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Winchester, Lexington, and Concord offices, is pleased to announce that Kim Daly has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Daly looks forward to collaborating with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Winchester office location at 552 Main Street.

A longtime North Shore resident, Daly has called Winchester home for the past seventeen years. She is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Active within the community, Daly is passionate about many causes, including the protection of wildlife and the preservation of green spaces. She has been active with organizations such as Save the Farm, which aided in the preservation of the Hamilton Farm in Winchester. When not working, Daly enjoys travelling and hiking in the Winchester Fells with her dog.

In addition to real estate, Daly has enjoyed a successful fifteen-year career as an independent graphic designer. As a Hammond agent, she draws upon her project management, problem-solving, and communication skills to guide her clients through all phases of a real estate transaction. Her appreciation for Winchester, in addition to her thorough understanding of the town’s neighborhoods and the local real estate market, is an asset to her clients as they contemplate the purchase or sale of a home in and around the community.
