Melrose, Winchester Among Opponents for Tanners

As is the case throughout the fall months, Woburn High School sports teams have a busy schedule in the upcoming days.

Below is a look at this week's scheduled games, courtesy of USA Today High School Sports:

Monday, Oct. 7

• At 3:45 p.m. the girls soccer team hits the road in Stoneham.
• The girls volleyball team hits the hardwood for a home match at 4 p.m.
• The boys soccer team hosts Stoneham at 5 p.m.

• The field hockey team hosts Watertown High School at 3:30 p.m.
• The boys golf team travels to Winchester at 3:30 p.m.
• The boys and girls cross country teams run in Arlington at 3:45 p.m.

• Woburn's girls volleyball team is at home for a 4 p.m. match.

• The boys golf team hits the links in Belmont at 3:30 p.m.
• Woburn's girls soccer team plays at home versus Melrose at 5 p.m.
• The boys soccer team, meanwhile, is on the road in Melrose at 6:15 p.m.

• The girls field hockey team travels to Melrose at 3:30 p.m.
• The girls volleyball team hits the road in Melrose at 4 p.m.
• Belmont hosts the Tanners at 7 p.m. in a varsity football showdown.
