Middleton resident to retire from Cummings Properties
Seasoned electrician David Snow plans to travel

After nearly 14 years at Cummings Properties, electrician David Snow is getting ready to trade in his bucket truck for his truck camper. The Middleton resident will retire this month and plans to drive across the country.
According to Cummings Properties associate division manager Rick Curtin, Snow is especially good at repairing generators and troubleshooting, and is the go-to person for outside lighting repair.
When told he was known for being in a bucket truck in all types of weather, without complaint, Snow responded, “whatever it takes to get the mission done.”

During his tenure with Cummings, Snow has transitioned thousands of outdoor lights to energy-efficient LED lighting. Most recently, he has been working on retrofitting the lights in the parking garage at the Company’s 92 Montvale Avenue property in Stoneham.
“Dave is also a good and patient mentor to younger team members,” said Curtin. “We are definitely going to miss him.”

A self-described “people person,” Snow fondly recalled the many Cummings Properties holiday parties he attended over the years.
“I will miss the people most of all,” said Snow.
Snow worked for 10 years at RESCO in Saugus, before joining the Woburn-based commercial real estate firm.
