No Dog-Doo In Woburn, City Rule Proposes: Report
A code amendment would place heftier fines on dog owners, according to news reports.
WOBURN, MA — The city is trying to clamp down on crap, under a proposed municipal rule.

The Daily Times Chronicle reported that dog-owners have been flouting Woburn requirements for pet clean-up. Now the council may be cracking down.
