Now Accepting Nominations for the Inaugural Woburn Hall of Fame

The community is invited to nominate individuals and teams for induction into the Woburn Hall of Fame.

The Woburn Community Educational Foundation, in collaboration with Woburn Memorial High School, is proud to announce the formation of the Woburn Hall of Fame for Achievement, Community Contributions and Athletics. The Woburn Hall of Fame opens for nominations from the community on October 1, 2018.

The Woburn Hall of Fame will honor contributions in sports, including categories for individual athletes, teams, coaches, and community members. It will also honor distinguished alumni who have achieved remarkable success in industry or have made outstanding contributions to society. Any member of the greater Woburn community is invited to submit a nomination for an individual or team in any category. The inaugural slate of inductees will be selected by committee through a blind voting procedure, based on the criteria and procedures established by the organization’s by-laws, posted online at www.woburnedfoundation.org/fundraising/woburn-hall-of-fame.

Woburn Memorial High School has a proud and distinguished tradition of educational excellence and athletic achievement. This Hall of Fame has been established to recognize those individuals whose integrity, achievements, sportsmanship and character have enhanced the overall educational experience of our youth, and inspired pride in our community.
