Obituary: Arthur F. "Artie" Doherty, of Woburn

Arthur F. “Artie” Doherty, of Woburn, died Thursday, January 29th.

Beloved husband of Roberta E. (Gill) Doherty. Devoted father of Arthur F. Doherty, Jr. of Texas, Keith D. Doherty and his wife Kimberly, Lauren M. Kupris and her husband John, Brendan J. Doherty, all of Woburn and the late Marcia J. Pappas. Dear brother of Ret. Chief WFD, Robert E. Doherty and his wife Rita, Mary A. Potamis and her husband James, all of Woburn, and the late James J. “Jimmy-Joe” Doherty, Jr. Brother-in-law of Paula Ann Doherty of Woburn. Cherished grandfather of Connor, Michael, Katelyn, Chance, Marissa, Abby, Molly, Will, Breanna, Shaeleigh, and Vanessa, and great-grandfather of Riley and Olivia.

Funeral from Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main Street, Winchester on Thursday, February 5th at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Charles Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn at 10. Interment in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn. Relatives and friends are invited to call at Lane Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
