Obituary: John Doherty, 55, of Woburn

John C. Doherty, 55, of Woburn, died Friday, Jan. 9.

Beloved son of Elizabeth M. (McGurl) Doherty of Woburn and the late John F. Doherty. Devoted father of Kara I. Doherty of Stoneham. Dear brother of Dennis M. Doherty and his wife Joan of Woburn, Marie DiFelice and her husband Andrew of Tewksbury, Carol L. Nagle of Woburn and Kevin F. Doherty and his wife Judy of New York.

A funeral mass will be held in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St., Woburn, on Thursday, Jan. 15, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to call in St. Charles LOWER Church on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. Interment in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.
