Obituary: Maureen Flaherty, of Woburn

Maureen Agnes (Foley) Flaherty, 63, a lifelong resident of Woburn, passed away on March 24, 2015, attended by her loving family.

Devoted wife of the late Kevin Flaherty and mother of her beloved daughter, Meghan. Maureen was the youngest of six children of James and Margaret (Cox) Foley. Cherished sister of James (Judith) Foley of Woburn; Francis (Gail) Foley of West Brookfield, MA; Anne Santry of Woburn: Harold (Sarah) Foley of Wellesley; sister-in-law of Martha Foley of York, ME; pre-deceased by brother Robert Foley and brother-in-law William Santry. Also survived by her aunt, Agnes Carson of Woburn, twelve nieces and nephews, and thirty grand nieces and nephews.

A graduate of St. Charles High School, Class of 1969, Maureen worked as a medical receptionist and secretary, most recently with Dr. John Tomich. Funeral from the Graham Funeral Home, 3 Arlington Rd. (Cor. of Pleasant St.) Woburn on Tuesday, March 31 at 9:00 am, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Woburn at 10:00 am. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 pm. Interment at the Woodbrook Cemetery in Woburn.
