Obituary: Paul Popoloski, Longtime Woburn Resident
Popoloski, a manager at North Woburn Liquors for 30 years, died on Feb. 24.

Paul J. Popoloski “Pop”, 65, a lifelong Woburn resident, passed away suddenly at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro, NH Tuesday morning.
Born in Woburn, he was the son of late Ann Isabel (McNeil) Popoloski and Albert Popoloski. He was a 1967 graduate of Woburn High School, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bentley College in Waltham, MA in 1974.

He worked for North Woburn Liquors, as Manager for over 30 years. He retired in 2011, and moved to New Hampshire. His family was his priority in life even after retiring. He spent his time visiting family and lifelong friends. He was an avid music and New England sports fan and loved a variety of board games including Chess, Cribbage, and Scrabble.
In addition to his mother and father, Ann Isabel and Albert Popoloski, he was predeceased by beloved grandson Colby O’Brien.

He is survived by daughters, Tanya M. Popoloski and her husband Paul Lefebvre of Concord, NH, Jolene T. and her husband Robert O’Brien of Gardner, MA, and Samantha K. Popoloski of Woburn, MA and his only son Charles A. and his wife Emery A. Popoloski of Woburn, MA.
Also surviving are three brothers, Albert Popoloski of Plaistow, NH, Douglas L. Popoloski and his wife Elaine of Wakefield, NH, and David Popoloski and his wife Kathy of Hyde Park, MA and two sisters, Ann I. Skehan and her husband Jim of Effingham, NH, and Claire Fortin and her husband David Fortin (deceased) in Natick, MA.
He also leaves five grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to call at Graham Funeral Home, 3 Arlington Road, Woburn on Friday, February 27th from 5 to 8 p.m. Services and interment are private. Remembrances may be made in Paul’s memory to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312. Professional services are under the direction of the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home.
