WOBURN, MA— Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments handed down between Aug. 2 and . One three cases with ties to Woburn was announced.

Here is the indictment for an incident which allegedly occurred in Woburn:

  • Donald Knight, 47, of Woburn, was charged with assault and battery on a household or family member, strangulation, and violating a restraining order (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.

Here is the indictment for an incident which took place in Somerville, involving a Woburn resident:

  • Claudine Dyer, 32, of Woburn, was charged with larceny from a building. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Here is the indictment for an incident which took place in Wakefield, involving a Woburn resident:

  • Scott Fleurantin, 35, of Woburn, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Julie Kunkel.
