PARKOUR CLASS

Parkour is a combination of running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping and rolling. Join us for an indoor session of this fantastic sport which will include a warm up, technical and physical instruction, games, individual and group challenges and a cool down. All taught by ADAPT certified instructors, which is the only internationally recognized certification endorsed by the original French founders of parkour. This program is open to all students in grades K-5 from any school. So bring a cousin or friend from out of town and join us for this unique opportunity!

Space is limited, please send in the bottom portion of this notice with payment to Malcolm White Elementary School Attn PTO 36 Bow Street Woburn MA 01801 to arrive no later than February 25th so you are sure to receive a spot. Checks can be made payable to Malcolm White PTO. Late registrations and sign ups at the door will not be allowed. Please also send children dressed in gym appropriate attire, sneakers and have them bring a water labeled with their name (no food allowed).
