Razzy’s Deli & Desserts, a 2012 Patch Readers’ Choice Award Winner, is closing on Friday.
The Merrimac Street “classic neighborhood deli” that also offers cakes, cookies, fudge and truffles, announced on its Facebook page that the business was closing after three years.
“It is with much emotion that I tell you TODAY is our last day at 161 Merrimac St. In today's economy, it has gotten more and more difficult to maintain the quality of product and service that hopefully, you have come to expect, here at Razzy's. I would like to take this opportunity to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all of our patrons, and let you know it's been a pleasure seeing your smiling faces over the past 3 plus years. We have access to a commercial kitchen, so we will continue our catering and baking, so we're only a phone call away. We'll keep you updated on our FB page!! Be safe. Be happy!"
