Reading, Stoneham Among Tanner Foes This Week

October arrives this week, which means the fall sports season is kicking into high gear.

Monday, Sept. 30

• Boys varsity golf plays at home with a 3:30 p.m. tee time.
• Boys varsity soccer travels to Reading High School for a 3:45 p.m. game.
• Woburn's girls soccer team welcomes Reading to town at 5 p.m.

• Girls varsity field hockey travels to Reading High School at 3:30 p.m.
• Boys and girls cross country track hits the road for a meet at Belmont High School at 3:45 p.m.
• The Lady Tanners volleyball team travels to Arlington at 4 p.m.

• Boys varsity golf plays at Woburn Country Club, teeing off at 3:30 p.m.
• The Tanner volleyball team plays in Arlington at 4 p.m.

• The boys golf team hits the links for a 3:15 p.m. match in Wakefield.
• Stoneham hosts Woburn at 3:45 p.m. in girls soccer action.
• At 5 p.m., the boys soccer team welcomes Stoneham to town.

• Beginning at 3:30 p.m. the field hockey team hosts Stoneham.
• Reading hosts the Lady Tanners in volleyball action at 5:30 p.m.
• Woburn's football team hosts a Friday night game against Lexington at 7 p.m. under the lights.

• The Woburn girls swim team hosts a meet beginning at 6 p.m. in the YMCA pool.
