School of Fashion Design

Celebrating over 90 years of excellence in fashion education, The School of Fashion Design is the only educational institution in New England dedicated exclusively to the study of fashion design. SFD provides students with a solid foundation in apparel design and construction, and the skills required for a successful career in fashion. Our technical Certificate program is taught by experts in the field of fashion design. Students may take courses toward the Certificate or on a class-by-class basis to fill professional education interests. For creatives and textile arts enthusiasts, SFD offers workshops in various fiber arts such as weaving, lace making, embroidery, millinery, upcycling, and more. As an SFD student, you will join a diverse community of emerging designers. Our studios are filled with recent high school graduates, students from nearby colleges enriching their education with fashion, and working professionals embarking on a new career path. SFD faculty and students are active partners in our local community, collaborating regularly with organizations and businesses through internships, exhibitions, field trips, and special events. Features: Sportsmanship: Our camp culture prizes sportsmanship, highlighted by our daily sportsperson awards and weekly CSS Cup. Reeves Elementary School PTO is hosting Reeves Skate Night from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 11 at the O'Brien Rink, Locust Street, Woburn. This is a free event for Reeves students, faculty and their families. Skate rentals will be available for $3 each and the snack bar will offer soft drinks and snacks. All skaters must be accompanied by an adult in order to skate. A release form will need to be signed before being allowed on the ice. <a href="http://www.reevespto.org" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">You can find the form here</a> and they will be available that night.  Helmets and winter gloves are strongly recommended for students. Bike helmets are acceptable. Hockey sticks are not permitted.
