Cleared: Route 38 Ramp To I-95 North Reopened After Truck Crash
Gravel was spilled onto the ramp by the overturned truck, according to scanner reports.
WOBURN, MA — The Route 38 ramp onto Interstate 95/Route 128 Northbound has reopened after the tractor-trailer rollover.
The ramp was closed for hours after a truck spilled gravel onto the ramp, according to WBZ Traffic.
The ramp was shut down around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday.
