SCI to Hold 15th Anniversary Celebration

WOBURN-- Social Capital Inc. (SCI), a nonprofit organization based in Woburn, plans to hold its 15th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, November 16th. Join them in taking part in this opportunity to celebrate 15 years of building social capital, to reflect upon the importance of their mission today, and to hear more about the organization’s hopes for the future.
The event will take place at the Montvale Plaza from 6:30PM to 9:30PM and will feature speakers such as Jay Ash, Secretary for Housing & Economic Development, Woburn Mayor Scott Galvin, Dr. Matt Crowley, Assistant Superintendent, Woburn Public Schools and State Representative Jim Dwyer in addition to other SCI leaders and participants. Dinner will be a three course meal featuring grilled flat iron steak, with a vegetarian alternative.
Since being founded in 2002 in Woburn, SCI has grown to engage residents in 20 communities throughout Massachusetts. Their goal, bringing diverse people together to strengthen local communities, is more vital than ever. They hope you join them in celebrating SCI and supporting their important mission, along with the many accomplishments that they have made over the years.

Individual tickets will be available at $100 each or a table of 10 at $850. In addition to sponsorship opportunities that provide a number of benefits, companies and individuals can also support the event by purchasing a program book ad on an a la carte basis. The mission of SCI Social Capital Inc. is to strengthen communities by connecting diverse individuals and organizations through civic engagement initiatives. Since 2002, SCI has been developing social capitalists who reach across differences to mobilize neighbors and volunteers to strengthen our communities.
