McKeown Boys & Girls Club (1 Charles Gardner Ln, Woburn, MA 01801) and all are welcome to join! An information session for those interested in becoming ambassadors is being held leading up to the event on Thursday, March 8th at 6:30 p.m. at the Terrace Lounge of New Horizons (21 Warren Ave, Woburn, MA 01801). The overall program will involve a combination of group activities along with developing a sustained one on one connection with another family. Ambassadors will be able to provide answers regardings topics like navigating the school system and connecting to extracurricular activities. The meetings may also simply serve as a way for participants to get to know more people who are living in their new community.
