SFD provides students with a solid foundation in apparel design and construction, and the skills required for a successful career in fashion. Our technical Certificate program is taught by experts in the field of fashion design. Students may take courses toward the Certificate or on a class-by-class basis to fill professional education interests. For creatives and textile arts enthusiasts, SFD offers workshops in various fiber arts such as weaving, lace making, embroidery, millinery, upcycling, and more. As an SFD student, you will join a diverse community of emerging designers. Our studios are filled with recent high school graduates, students from nearby colleges enriching their education with fashion, and working professionals embarking on a new career path. Wind gusts of up to 60 miles per hour are in the forecast.   Storms were located along a line extending from Holliston to near Hopedale to Millville, moving east at 30 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.
