Elizabeth launched with her employer Guy Ciolfi (Servizio Cafe) a fundraiser to provide meals for many health care workers around the region.

Elizabeth is a single mother who is working countless hours, day and night, to provide not just for her own family but for so many others. Truly and inspiration.
