Woburn Planning Board Director Tina Cassidy told Patch that the attorney for Madison Properties filed site plans with the City Clerk's office Wednesday, detailing plans for a Chick-Fil-A and Red Robin location at the W.R. Grace site. Red Robin has already posted job listings in Woburn, but were unable to confirm that the plans were in motion.
The proposed location for Red Robin is approximately 5,820 square feet, with the Chick-Fil-A location covering approximately 4,876 square feet. The plans also show another space for an unnamed restaurant and a hotel.

On March 19, a Red Robin Customer Support representative told Patch that it is likely a good indication that the store would be opening a location in the city.
"If they are posting job opportunities, than it's probably pretty likely that a location will be opening," the representative told Patch.
