Sting Nets Four On Drug Charges In North Andover

NORTH ANDOVER, MA -- North Andover Police and the Drug Enforcement Agency arrested two alleged drug sellers and two alleged drug buyers at the North Andover Mall Thursday. The arrests follow an investigation that was prompted by complaints of increased drug activity at the mall.

Police charged Antonio Difo, 51, of Lawrence, with distribution of fentanyl and Marialena Lugo-Guzman, 39, of the Dominican Republic, with distribution of fentanyl and being a fugitive from Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Kurt Vroom, 29, of Deerfield, NH, and Timothy Lemieux, 31, of Manchester, NH, were both charged with possession on fentanyl.

It was the second drug arrest at the mall in as many weeks. Last month police arrested Samantha Russell, 25 of Eliot, Maine, and Mario Cardenas, 24, of Lawrence, on drug charges.
