Three Woburn Cases Announced in Middlesex County Grand Jury Indictments
Three cases with ties to Woburn were announced in the Middlesex County Grand Jury Indictments Monday.

WOBURN, MA— Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments handed down between May 19 and June 23. Three cases with Woburn ties were announced; two of which where alleged offenses occurred, and another in which an alleged defendant is a Woburn resident.
Here are the two indictments in cases which occurred in Woburn.
- Brenda Gomez-Rivas, 26, of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with failure to appear in court. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.
- Carlos Santiago, 31, of Chelsea, was charged with failure to appear in court. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.
The following indictment is in a case which occurred in Wilmington involving a Woburn resident.

- Kassan Germaine, 25, of Woburn, was charged with possession of cocaine, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Craig Estes.
