Triares doubles its space at TradeCenter 128 to 10,000 square feet
Success of "homeyou" brand prompts expansion
Triares Inc., owner of homeyou, recently inked its fourth expansion in less than three years with commercial real estate firm Cummings Properties. Having already grown from a 180-square-foot executive office suite to 5,500 square feet of traditional space, the web company will move in August to a 10,000+ square-foot prime location at TradeCenter 128 in Woburn.
According to CEO Fabio Espindula, who founded Triares in 2009, the firm has never taken outside funding and expects to generate $10 million in revenue in 2015.
The company creates web-based information resources aimed at fulfilling specific consumer needs. It currently has 75 employees, supporting a portfolio of more than 10 brands, including TownContractors, a website that matches homeowners with contractors that compete to offer the best price and quality, and WiserCosts, which helps people do initial cost research for home service projects.

Triares’ most recent expansion was prompted by the success of its homeyou brand, which connects homeowners looking to do remodeling and home service projects with contractors. The innovative approach is attracting both contractors and homeowners at an accelerating pace.
The company considered multiple options within the Cummings Properties portfolio before settling on a highly visible suite above Strega Prime Italian Steakhouse. It will occupy more than one-half of the third floor of 400 TradeCenter, with a mix of collaborative open-office area and private offices, according to Cummings Properties account manager Morgan Blum.

“We are excited to expand to a bigger space at TradeCenter 128,” said Espindula. “We’re eager to utilize our new, more expansive office to continue our development and growth comfortably. The TradeCenter team is always there for us, and we’re grateful for how accommodating they are to our company’s needs.”
“Triares’ new space features an impressive 100 feet of uninterrupted window-line overlooking I-95,” said Blum. “The spacious and modern office is the perfect fit for this dynamic young company.”
Cummings Properties’ TradeCenter 128 is home to more than 100 client firms, including Middlesex Superior Court, Al’s Café, Dunkin’ Donuts, Strega Prime, Harvard Pilgrim’s HealthPlans, and Winchester Hospital.
