Two Hospitalized After Car Vs. Trash Truck Crash In Woburn

The crash snarled traffic at the height of Thursday morning's commute.

WOBURN, MA -- Two men were taken to Lahey Hospital in Burlington after a rush hour crash on Interstate 95 in Woburn Thursday. Police said a 39-year-old man driving a JRM Hauling and Recycling truck and a 44-year-old Arlington man driving a 2014 Toyota Sienna were injured after their vehicles collided around 7:45 am near the Washington Street exit on the north side of the highway.

The injured men were the sole occupants of their vehicles. Other vehicles were involved in the crash but no other injuries were reported. The condition of the two men taken to the hospital had not been released Thursday afternoon.
