"Schools Schools Schools- all five communities around Woburn have better ranked school systems and several of them don't have anywhere near the business tax base we do...," wrote Facebook commenter Rob Bullen.

"The town needs to proactively address the buildings in Woburn that are zoned for a certain number of units, but have illegally exceeded the number of units. There are too many slum properties in the central area of Woburn and you need to get quality landlords into the area to make improvements to the buildings in order to attract quality tenants," wrote Brandon McCormick in an email to Patch.

"I used to teach at WMHS. The Woburn teachers need more than just a contract. They also need far more everyday support in the way of discipline and curriculum development," wrote Facebook commenter Mary Schickler.

While some of these issues and comments may come as no surprise to some residents, here are some other notable responses that did not fall in line with some of the issues most discussed by residents during our poll.

" I would like to see a dog park built in Woburn. Currently, I have to drive to Melrose or Arlington to let my dog off leash," Facebook commenter Jean Curran wrote.

"Build a parking garage in the municipal lot behind CVS," Facebook commenter Jamie Gangi wrote.

"All low income housing should be exclusive to veterans and elderly only, as it was originally intended. Fix that and you will see many things change for the better within our community," Facebook commenter William Comeiro wrote.
