Winchester Hospital to Hold Safe Babysitting Course
The Winchester Hospital Center for Healthy Living Safe Babysitting program will be held on December 29th.

Winchester Hospital will be holding a Safe Babysitting Certification program on Dec. 29 which will run from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m at the Center for Healthy Living at 200 Unicorn Park, reported Wicked Local Woburn.
According to the Winchester Hospital website, the program will teach the basics of child care safety. The program description can be found below:
A one-day program designed to teach the fundamentals of safety and child care. The course will provide instruction on treating basic first aid emergencies, performing choke-saving procedures, how to enter the emergency medical system, handling fire and safety emergencies, age appropriate activities, and telephone techniques. All participants must bring the following: a doll to practice diapering and feeding and a lunch to class.

The Winchester Hospital program will cost $65 per person. The program runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Dec. 29. The program is most appropriate for children between 11 and 14 years of age.
