Woburn Bayside Engineering's President Named as MassDOT's Owner's Representative

Norman Brown was recently named as MassDOT’s Owner’s Representative for the Allston Viaduct/ I-90 Interchange project. This $465M project includes the reconstruction of the viaduct, reconfiguration of the I-90 interchange, a new commuter rail station, re-alignment of Soldier’s Field Road to increase parkland along the Charles River, and “place making” for Harvard to develop the area in the future.

Mr. Brown was also named the Owner’s Representative for the $81M Commonwealth Avenue Bridge Over I-90 last year during the design-build procurement phase with construction to begin this summer.
