The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.

My ward 3 people have expressed a significant amount of concern about the amount of traffic that comes to our neighborhood, as well as the speed in which they drive. Maybe some more speed enforcement with the help of our police department which is second to none.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I honesty do not know Claire Malaguti, or what she has done or hasn't done to make herself known. I have kept the focus on my plan, and to comment on our differences without having facts would be disrespectful.

If you are a challenger, in what way has the current board or officeholder failed the community (or district or constituency)?

When you hold a political position you will never please everyone all the time. That's just reality. I don't believe any of our council members have failed the city. Evidence of this is the majority of the incumbents get reelected. They must be doing something right.

Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform:

Traffic, Old Hurld School Grounds, Lack of neighborhood crime watch and neighborhood issues.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

-Started employment with a small family company in 1986 and helped grow it into a multi million dollar company.
-Real Estate and Finance Industry for 30+ Years
-Raised in Woburn and went to Woburn Public Schools
-Raised a family in Woburn

The best advice ever shared with me was ...

Treat others as you want to be treated.

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I'm excited about the opportunity to lead my ward. Mark Gaffney has done a great job, and maybe other candidates would just piggy back on what he has done; but that's not me. I want to represent Ward 3 with pride, honesty and transparency and dignity. At 61 years old, I want to make sure my children, grand children and great children have a city like the one we had only better. I am not here to build a political legacy for Jeff Dillon. I will listen to my constituents, and vote in a way that best represents Ward 3 and the entire city overall. I respectably ask for your vote on November 5.
